I’m Mary Addelid Bayot, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), and I offer evidence-based, trauma-informed care for teens and adults across Nevada. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in practices like CBT and Motivational Interviewing.
Together, we’ll work to understand your story, explore what healing looks like for you, and build sustainable tools for clarity, confidence, and change.

Who I Am
Hi there — I’m Mary Addelid Bayot, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to creating a safe, affirming space for healing. I’ve worked with teens and adults across diverse backgrounds and diagnoses, supporting them in understanding their symptoms, navigating emotional overwhelm, and building sustainable paths forward.
My approach is holistic and grounded. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and a deep respect for each person’s lived experience. I believe mental health care should feel empowering — not clinical or cold — and I work collaboratively to help clients uncover strengths, clarify goals, and build resilience.
I earned both my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), where I trained in trauma-informed, culturally responsive mental health care. As a proud UNLV alum, I’m deeply connected to the Las Vegas community and passionate about making quality mental health care more accessible.
Outside of sessions, I’m a firm believer in lifelong learning, books, and the mind-body connection. Whether you’re navigating a diagnosis or feeling stuck in the day-to-day, you deserve care that feels human.
